Need to know about Essence or reward on a shared post etc.

I want to know about the rewards and Essence that this forum issues for a post or shared material etc.
a little explAInation i want to know...at what basis admin or moderators issue Essence or rewards for that...
I have post many things here and trying to sharing more and more....but i notice many time that no reward or essence for that...what is the reason.
please admin or a senior explain a little bit description...for better understanding for me and other members.
